Yes, we accept returns on any item not marked FINAL SALE. Please contact us at hello@scandidownunder.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item for store credit or exchange.  Exchange or store credit only for change of mind or wrong size purchased. For any items that have manufacturing faults we are happy to refund or exchange.

 You will need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us, however we will ship the new item to you free of charge. We can only accept returns of items in original condition (unused, unwashed, tags intact). For faulty items we will cover the shipping costs of returning/exchanging the item.

Please note that we DO now allow returns for store credit/exchange on Sale items, EXCEPT where an item is clearly marked FINAL SALE.We have made this change to our returns policy as we understand how tricky it can be to get the sizing right when buying clothes online, particularly with ladies clothing. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return any item(s)
